Where we deliver

We deliver to Latvia, other EU countries, the United States and selected other countries. If we deliver to your address, you will be able to select your country at checkout.

For other destinations, delivery times vary by country. Contact us if you would like an estimate before you order.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during public holidays and busy periods. If your order has not arrived within the stated time, contact us and we will find out where it is.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost depends on the destination country and the weight of your order. It is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send you an email with tracking information.

Customs and import duties

Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, write to eilsantacosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will replace the item or refund you.
