14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, this right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery. To be returned, a product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

How to return an order

1. Tell us that you want to withdraw, within 14 days of receiving your order. Write to eilsantacosmetics@gmail.com with your order number, or send us the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.
2. Send the products back within 14 days of telling us, to:

3. Keep the proof of postage until you have received your refund.

You pay the cost of sending the products back, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned products and the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to refund you until we have received the products back or you have sent us proof of postage, whichever comes first.

Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order.

Faulty, damaged or wrong products

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Under EU consumer law you also have a legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery.
