These terms apply to all orders placed on www.elisanta.com.

2. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in Shipping & Delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. The conditions, the exception for unsealed cosmetic products and the withdrawal form are set out in Returns & Refunds.

6. Product information and use

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Read the ingredient list and the directions for use before using a product, and test new products on a small area of skin first. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

We take care to show products accurately, but colours and packaging may differ slightly from the photos.

7. Defective products

If a product is faulty or not as described, you have the rights given by the legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law. Contact us and we will replace the product or refund you.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Elisanta Cosmetics or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at eilsantacosmetics@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve it, consumers in Latvia can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv). Consumers in other EU countries can contact the consumer authority or the European Consumer Centre in their own country.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
