Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. The options available in your country are shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to eilsantacosmetics@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will change or cancel it. If it is already on its way, you can return it after delivery.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

3–5 days on average within the EU, including Latvia, and 5–7 days to the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the destination country and the weight of your order. The exact cost is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Do you deliver outside the EU?

Yes, to the United States and selected other countries. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. See Shipping & Delivery.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, we send you an email with tracking information.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can return unopened products within 14 days of receiving them. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back cosmetics once they have been unsealed. See Returns & Refunds.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Write to us with your order number and a photo. We will replace the product or refund you.

Products

Where can I find the ingredients?

Every product page lists the key ingredients and the full ingredient list (INCI).

Is a product suitable for sensitive skin?

Skin reacts individually. Check the ingredient list and do a patch test first: apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.

How long can I use a product after opening it?

Look for the open-jar symbol on the packaging. The number next to it, for example 12M, is the number of months the product can be used after opening.

Can I use the products if I am pregnant or being treated by a dermatologist?

Ask your doctor before starting new skincare products.
